Return Policy:

Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund, minus a $12.00 Handling Fee, through April 15th.

Shipping is not refunded. You can initiate a return by emailing us at support@baggallini.zendesk.com. In this email, please provide the following information:

Your full name
Email address used when placing the order (if different)
Billing zip code
Order #
What item(s) you would like to return, including style, color and unit(s) to return
Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out and provide a Return Label. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Baggallini reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.

Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
